Last weekend at Autodrome Saint-Eustache for the 3rd round of the Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship was a big test for me and I gained a lot of experience.

On Friday, I had minor mechanical problems, so I decided not to do the practices and keep my strength for the next two days. A huge thank you again to Patrick Blouin Pat Moto Sport and Sebastien Tremblay for lending me the parts I needed for my bike.

On Saturday, my bike was put back as new so I started doing good quick laps during practices. For qualifying, I finished 6th in Liqui Moly Pro Sport Bike with a very small gap behind 4th and 5th place. In Mopar Pro Superbike, I only qualified 15th.

On Sunday, the day of the race, it was held in extreme heat. However, I felt confident to be able to do my best performance in Pro Sport Bike. During this race, I gave everything I could. I was in 6th place until I made a nice overtaking to find myself in 5th place. At that moment, I felt that I could finish 4th and 3rd position since I was really close to my competitors, but unfortunately I made mistakes that cost me several seconds, leaving me with a 6th place finish.

Then, for the Pro Superbike race, I finished 11th with my Kawasaki ZX-6R.

In conclusion, I am very happy with my weekend. I know now that I have what it takes to finish in the first. I want to thank the people who support me because it is thanks to these people that I can afford to run.
