CSBK Rider and Team Press Releases

As the season gets down to the nitty gritty, Trevor Daley heads east to Nova Scotia this weekend for round three of the ’22 CSBK season

As Canadian racetracks go, few have the reputation of Atlantic Motorsport Park in Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia. With 11 winding, diving, rising corners, AMP is a challenge on any motorcycle. On a superbike nudging 200 horsepower, taming AMP is perhaps the greatest challenge in Canadian racing—they call it “the rollercoaster” for good reason. And because the pandemic interrupted CSBK’s swing down east for two years, Trevor allotted additional resources to get the most out of this weekend’s double-header.

Two AMP test days earlier this month allowed Trevor to refine his setup, which included revisions to both his GSX-R’s software and hardware. Because AMP is always at risk of launching riders into the lower atmosphere, Trevor, at his One Speed Inc. headquarters, fitted extra-grippy footpegs, heel plates, and tank grip panels to keep him securely in the saddle.

Trevor is thrilled to announce that for the 2022 AMP round he’s partnered with Dartmouth motorcycle shop Pro Cycle. Founded in 1983, and a Suzuki dealer since 1985, Pro Cycle is an official sponsor of the 2022 AMP round and, further, has supported national calibre racing at Shubie for over 20 years. In addition to its support of racers and racing, Pro Cycle assists the CSBK series with logistical and technical support. To complete the all-Atlantic-coast theme of the weekend, Trevor’s crew are entirely easterners.

A staple of the pre-race weekend festivities is the show-and-shine held at Pro Cycle’s store on Thursday, July 21st from 6 pm to 8 pm. Trevor will be signing (free!) posters and all are encouraged to come out and say hello. And, as always, if you can’t make it to the track follow along @onespeedinc for updates throughout the weekend.

With gratitude for support in 2022 to:
