CSBK On Hand at Salons de la Moto in Montreal this Weekend

Superbike Stars signing in the Liqui Moly Booth this Saturday, February 29

The annual Montreal Motorcycle Show is underway downtown at the Palais des Congres, and the top guns of the Mopar CSBK National tour will be attending to promote the upcoming National at Circuit ICAR, just north west of Montreal, July 17-19.  The Liqui Moly lubricants display in booth 421 will support the autograph session for the top guns on Saturday afternoon, February 29, celebrating Leap Year!

The 2019 overall Canadian National Champion, Ben Young of Collingwood, ON, will be signing the new Liqui Moly action poster of the new number one aboard his BMW Motorrad S1000RR.  Young took control of the points race from the opening round of 2019 at Shannonville Motorsport Park in May, and confirmed his title at the opening race of the annual Canadian Tire Motorsport Park double header in August.

Series star Trevor Daley of Mississauga, ON, will be at Les Salons de la Moto, along with his recently competed Suzuki GSX-R1000 Superbike.  Daley recently tested at the Jennings GP venue along with Young, and will also have a poster of his machine unveiled at the Montreal Show this weekend.

Peterborough, ON, based Tomas Casas has twice won the Liqui Moly Pro Sport Bike National title for middleweight machines, riding for the official Yamaha Motor Canada team.  A product of the Mopar CSBK ladder system who started out in the Honda CBR125R Challenge, Casas will focus on the Pro Superbike feature class full time, for the first time, in 2020, aboard his potent Yamaha YZF-R1.

Casas will make his Montreal Show debut on Saturday, signing his Yamaha poster displaying his Podium-bound R1 from 2019.  In his rookie season on the 1,000cc, near 200 horsepower Superbike, Casas made the National Feature podium at Atlantic Motorsport Park in Nova Scotia.

Jordan Szoke of Lynden, ON, is the most successful racer in the history of the CSBK tour, earning an incredible 13 overall Superbike titles.  With the Mopar-backed National tour ready to celebrate it’s 40th Anniversary in 2020, Szoke is looking to earn Championship 14, more than twice the total of the next-most successful competitor.

Riding for the Express Lane-backed Kawasaki team, Szoke will be looking for his 73rd career Superbike victory when the National season opens at Shannonville, May 21-24.

Szoke will be busy at the Montreal Show, hosting his Trials Show along with wife Amy and seven-year-old son Wolf.  He also expects to join his rivals to sign some autographs with the road racers on Saturday.

Four-time Canadian National Trials Champ Szoke has shows at 3, 5 and 7 PM on Friday, then Saturday at 11AM, 1, 2:30 and 5, wrapping things up on Sunday at 11, 1 and 3 PM.
